Real Estate Agents get your CARES ACT Money! I Seattle Real Estate Podcast

We recently passed the $2.2 Trillion CARES Act and for the first time ever, real estate brokers who are independent contractors are included and can get federal money under the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) and also the EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan).

Real Estate agents can get federal money for lost real estate commissions under the PPP. Applications will be taken for independent contractors and the self-employed on Friday, April 10, 2020.
