Many people who have lost their jobs as a result of the Coronavirus shutdown are having issues completing their Unemployment Benefit Claims online and over the phone here in New York. To highlight some of the problems people have been experiencing trying to complete their Unemployment Claims, I have tried calling the New York State Department of Labor's Unemployment Telephone Claims Center (TCC). This is the second day I am recording myself trying to get through to the Unemployment Telephone Claims Center. Will I be successful today?

Please share your own experiences below in the comments, whether you live in New York State or not, since I'm sure this is affecting everyone across the country right now!
