Scorching temperatures have been causing issues across parts of western Canada with wildfires being seen in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba including one near the town of Lytton, B.C., which was ravaged by flames last year.

In northern Manitoba, heavy smoke also hampered evacuation efforts on the Mathias Colomb Cree Nation.

As Jayme Doll reports, while the majority of Canadians are breathing easy so far, the impact is still being seen in several communities.
