Supreme Court vs NY Gun Control Laws

In the Koch - Nash v NY decision, the SCOTUS just reaffirmed that the 2nd says what it says and that the states (and by extension individual cities and even the feds) can't just make up their own BS gun laws that block our rights.

This is a monumental win for gun rights in the US and will lead to several other issues being much more easily contested going forward. The best part was just how firmly the decision was written. They clearly are sick of having people try to bypass what they've already tried to say in prior cases through phrasing loopholes.

Of course, the judges we expected all disagreed, I wonder why.

Gotta love the shadow ban on this. Views stopped cold after being slow already. 4:34 this morning it died. Either the analytics are broken or youtube is hiding the video. Either's possible.
