THE LUCENT is a sci-fi fantasy series set in a world not too dissimilar from the world you know, but where nothing is quite as it seems. It’s place where ancient shadow societies, hiding in plain sight, train a select few to tap into mysterious abilities, while rival factions fight a secret war for control of the future.

In WAKING DREAM, the first 60-page full colour book in THE LUCENT series, we meet ELLA FORSYTHE, a young woman who appears to be living an unremarkable life, except for her dreams, where she’s visited by the enigmatic DAMON SPECTOR, who’s teaching her things she never thought possible.
