Corona Virus Bait and Switch?

Our government's policies were based on models that were spectacularly wrong at every turn. The curve, which was the target of the shutdown, has been crushed. So why are we still in economic shutdown? Is this really even about the virus anymore?

Our church will be making a decision about reopening soon.
