04-15-20. Join us for a fun project, PART 2 of fixing a major pond dam leak due to beavers and the farm pond dam running over and causing some major leaks in this Southern Illinois pond dam! Today' we'll be using the Bobcat T650 CTL/skid steer and the Bobcat e42 Mini Excavator for PART 1 of fixing an ongoing farm pond dam leak that has kept this Southern Illinois farm pond several feet lower than its original pond construction level. Today I'll be using the Bobcat e42 Mini excavator and my buddy Phil will be using the Bobcat T650 CTL/Skid steer/Track loader to cut open the pond dam leak, cut out all of the beaver dam that was put in this pond dam leak, and then Phil will use the Bobcat T650 to bring in some fresh, dry clay to close up the pond dam leak, and then bring in some clay from a bushy area to help facilitate plugging up the major pond dam leak to get it sealed up so that we can move on to the next pond dam leak on this beautiful Southern Illinois farm pond!
