The ondel-ondel which is a large doll is about 2.5 meters high with a diameter of ± 80 cm, made of woven bamboo which is prepared in such a way that it is easy to carry from inside. The face is in the form of a mask or mask, with head hair made from palm fiber. The faces of men ondel-ondel are usually painted in red, while those of women are white. This form of performance has many similarities with those in several other areas.
