Walk, Run, Crawl to Share the Gospel | Episode 27

Thanks for tuning in to the Saved Show podcast. Today we cover some of my thoughts on fitness and treating your body like a temple.

What comes to your mind when you hear that phrase? "Body is a temple." I think of all of the chips, whiskey, and ice cream I have that I know shouldn't. All of the workouts I never did. How hard it might be to make it to the next town in order to share the Gospel.

Take that first step this week towards honoring your body as a temple: avoid that one dessert, take a 20 minute walk each day, sign up for a 5k, etc. Be the very best you can be and glorify God!
