Made for powerlifting, this barbell has a high weight capacity, it’s rigid, has little whip, but still has a smooth spin.

Loadable sleeve length: 16.4” with black phosphate finish

Shaft diameter: 29mm finished in Cerakote (prevents corrosion, rust, abrasions)

Sleeves:

Knurling: Volcano knurling (aggressive)

Tensile strength: 190K PSI

Bushings/bearings: Bushings

Weight capacity: 1500 lbs

What I Like
—

Black Cerakote on the shaft looks great

Volcano knurling gives you a good grip without ripping your skin

At $279 this is a great price for a Cerakote powerlifting bar

What I Don’t Like
—

Only thing I don’t like about the Synergee Rhino Powerlifting bar is the black phosphate finish on the sleeves.

Because weight plates are constantly in contact with the sleeves, you can see a lot of scuff marks on them.

A chrome finish would be better but this is just aesthetic, it doesn’t affect the performance of the bar at all.
