I do pushups and its variants. My latest obsession is "hindu pushups" or "dhandaal" as we call it here.I do 5 to 7 sets of 10 reps each, It feels good. i can feel my physique and strength improving.
I live a basic life with a vegetarian diet. My stapke food is "curd rice".
