ORANGE CREAMSICLE HEALTHY SHAKE!! HERBALIFE SHAKE RECIPE!!

Orange Creamsicle Healthy Shake:
1 scoop Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix
2 scoops Herbalife orange cream formula one
2 to 3 teaspoons sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 single serve packet of orange drink mix like Crystal Light
8 to 10 ounces cool water
6 to 10 ice cubes depending on your preference

Combine all the dry powder ingredients and the water in the carafe of your blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds. Add in the desired amount of ice and blend for 30 seconds longer or until thick and creamy.

Pour into your glass and enjoy as is or top with some sugar free whipped topping for fun! You'll feel like you're being naughty but you're getting healthy!

As promised, we are starting our Wednesday Herbalife shake recipe videos! Today we kick things off with one of Rick's favorite shakes the Orange Creamsicle! This is just like the ice cream treat but good for you! Filled with protein, nutrition and it will keep you full till snack time without making you feel deprived!

This starts off with one scoop of the Protein Drink Mix (PDM for short). If you are wanting to maintain or gain, you will want to use two scoops. If you want to lose, one scoop will do. Adding in 2 scoops of the Orange Cream Formula 1 and 8 to 10 ounces of cold water. This would be a basic Herbalife shake but we like to boost the flavors and make something that seems like it's bad for us!

That being said, we add in 2 to 3 teaspoons of instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix and one single serve drink packet of a sugar free orange drink like Crystal Light. These really pack a punch and add great options to your shake making kit! Your possibilities are only limited to your imagination! Add those in and blend away for 10 to 15 seconds. I am using an inexpensive drink blender but you can use what you have. Next add in 8 to 10 ice cubes or less depending on how you prefer your shake. Whirl that for an additional 30 seconds and boom! Your shake is ready to enjoy! Put it in a glass and enjoy or if you like to guild the lily, add some sugar free whipped topping on that and really go to town!

You can also make this in a shaker cup with water, ice and the ingredients, just shake and drink. Sometimes if you have to be away from home it's a way to enjoy these products and stick to your goals. That's it! A healthy shake meal replacement that doesn't taste like chalk. That doesn't leave you hungry and is super satisfying and really tasty! I love the versatility of Herbalife for the simple fact that it fits into my life and I can get what I want quick and it comes right to my door!
