Just about any kind of caliper based cable can get oxidized and rusted over years of non-use and eventually get stuck. Freeing up the cable inside the sleave can be nearly impossible! Here's a technique to get some lubricating oil inside the cable housing to free up your stuck cable. Fixed for a Honda Spree Scooter
