A Bike Through Tawas Point State Park

My family and I enjoyed a weeks stay at Tawas Point State Park over July 4, 2022. It is a beautiful park in a beautiful area! We had a campsite with a trail out the back that led to our own little beach area on Tawas Bay. Our girls swam while we sipped wine on the shore. Warm water, chilly air. We were able to watch the fireworks in Tawas from the beach. The in park lighthouse is a must to climb and the walk to end end of the point was teaming with wildlife. The town of Tawas is a delightful little town with wonderful shops, ice cream, and delicious pizza. We look forward to a return trip in the future!
