Cheesy shallow fry zucchini slices 💯

Hello! I have made this recipe from my garden harvested zucchini.This is the first time I have tried this. This is okay with the above recipe 👌. But, it would be more perfect with only one egg yolk, not the white part. And one spoon of rice flour would make this fry more crisper. Thanks for watching!
