3-hour Frequency of Sleep Meditation Music
This 3-hour Frequency of Sleep Meditation Music promotes feelings of relaxation to calm the mind and body to prepare it for sleep, for a reiki or yoga session, or for Zen meditation.
Sleep frequency music falls between 4-7Hz in order to promote Theta and Delta brain waves to aid in inducing a better REM sleep, reduce anxiety, and induce relaxation, meditative and creative states.
In order to benefit from this 3-hour Frequency of Sleep Meditation Music, it is recommended to listen for at least 45 minutes.
