Anyone that's ever worked a shift of hospo will know that people don't thrive on performing menial, repetitive tasks. That's not to downgrade hospitality work - just acknowledging that it's hard.

The question is not how do we stop progress, but how do we pay people a dignified salary to do what they like? Paint, make music, rant on Telegram?

People are freaking out about automation - I for one welcome it!
