Question #4: Buying a Land Trust stop the 'Due on Sale' clause from triggering?

Land Trusts keeps your business private.

'Buying Subject To' means seller will leave their mortgage on the property and the investor pays the monthly mortgage and gets the mortgage up to date.

Jay has completed over 100 'Subject To' deals.

'Due on Sale' clause makes the note immediately payable when a sale is made. It is rarely exercised.

Question #5: How to sell a house in 3 days?

Jay talks about how he sets his houses up for a fast sale. Plus he has a strong relationships with mortgage brokers who will take on loans that others may not.
