“Doctor” is accused of having animals in his apartment…some dead.

Thoughts/Questions

1. Where’s the line on keeping goats in your apartment?
2. There is an ordinance against keeping farm animals in your apartment
3. Doctor says he is killing animals for food…but leaving dead chickens around and having a pigeon nailed to the door makes that argument suspect to me…at the very least, somewhat unsanitary.
4. “Neighbor” tipped off Division of Environmental Health…How did that go? Yeah, we got a neighbor with goats in his apartment, can you please do something?
5. Let’s assume this was cultural…this person’s religion….it’s the wrong venue…if you want to kill farm animals for food, go to a rural area…not a 3 bedroom apartment.
6. Tenant “doctor” has been behind rent since May…clearly saving money for more farm animals?
7. Doctor has not been arrested and is not facing any charges. You can literally have dead chickens, dead pigeon, and 7-9 goats in your rented apartment that you have not paid rent on since May and not get arrested or charged for anything. Does this make you want to be a landlord?
