People, especially younger people as they are going off to college, or looking for someone to marry, they really want to know the will of God in their life. And most people who believe in God want to know what the will of God is. BUT, they really only want to know what His will is as it pertain to their aspirations and their plans. What if the will of God didn't have anything to do with your aspirations, what if it had nothing to do with your plans, would you still want to know? Many people they just want to know what college to go to and they give God 2 choices. They want to know who to marry and they give God 3 choices. They want to know which town to live in and they give God maybe 2 choices. But they leave out the fact that He is the living God and He already has a Kingdom. He has plans. Do you want to be part of His plan? And if you do you got to start asking Him, "Lord show me what YOUR plan is." Too many people just want to see how God will fit into their little plans. That is not the way it works. Too many people have SIN in their life and then they just know how God will fit into their little plan of going to school, or this town or that town or this job or that job but they leave out that Lord HE is the King. If you want to get to know the King, get to know Him. Say, "Lord Jesus I want to get to know you, Show me YOUR ways." May the grace of Jesus be with you.
