First off: a welcome it’s great to be able to be with you this morning.

The 15th consecutive stream…I’m not fighting with YouTube, but it might be fighting with me….Two pieces of content daily, the 15th consecutive stream, and I managed to get 200 impressions yesterday. The worst ever! Seriously? I could make the greatest video ever on YouTube, and 200 people are going to get the chance to see it…of those, how many would it be me on my personal YouTube account? Insanity.

My intuition was correct with my buyers in Imperial, Husband was good with the house, wife was not, we move on. I know they are engaged buyers because I actually heard back from them. This is definitely something to pay attention to.
