Aggression is not being assertive

I share some personal thoughts on a moment of triggering I saw in someone I know. I had to ask myself, was this a trigger, or narcissistic rage? It was both. Being witness to this had me pause to reflect on my own past behavior; of narcissistic tendencies and the rage and the triggers I gave myself over to. It's taken a long time to heal myself but anything is possible with God's help.

I am saddened to have had to witness the rage, but I am grateful because moving forward, I want to create videos for families. I want to help men, women and children, and couples, and families because it truly does take a village to raise a child.

If you have topics you'd like to see me cover, or you'd like to share your story, please leave a comment. I'd love to have that open diaologue with you as we help each other to transcend the pain and violence narcissism leaves behind.

Blessings to you my friends. Thank you for helping this channel grow.
