Italy's Draghi seen entering, leaving presidential palace

Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi was seen entering and leaving the Quirinale Palace in Rome on Thursday (July 14) as he sought to hand in his resignation to President Sergio Mattarella. Mattarella rejected Draghi's resignation, asking him to address parliament.
