First off: a welcome it’s great to be able to be with you today

65th Consecutive livestream

I started a new channel, Deerwood Realty Clips, and that’s where we are going to put the livestream clips….the main channel, Deerwood Realty will carry the livestreams and podcast, and the clips channel will carry highlights and clips for them. Most of the content will be from the livestream because sometimes people don’t have an hour to watch the show…should we start having guests on the podcast, we might post clips as well. The clips channel is just set up so it doesn’t overwhelm my normal channel viewers with stuff they might have already seen.

What is beating me in livestreaming right now? We’ll check.

Google Trends has us learning about the winter storm warning in the Midwest, particularly St. Louis..because I live here(1M+ Searches)

We will look at luxury homes in Arlington Tx
