This is a VERY beginner Aeropilates 30 minute workout, #3 for the early beginner. This workout was created for those who need a little extra time to transition in between exercises, or who need to take a bit of a slower pace throughout. The aeropilates reformer exercises are effective and taking it a bit slower allows the muscle to be activated thoroughly, instead of working with momentum.
