Speedrun: Streets of Rage 3 Director's Cut. Fixed Translation, Restored Characters

Streets of Rage 3 received a totally botched release in the west. The enemies were given insane amounts of extra health bars which extended a playthrough by hours and screwed up the pacing of the game (which was too slow already). The story was also changed and dumbed down, one boss and unlockable character was removed for pc, along with several other unpopular changes.
This Director's Cut mod translates the original story, brings back censored content and even semi-restores the unfinished motorcycle level.
