This was at the National Grid gas substation in Salem Massachusetts. It is in a residential area. Within the first minute of me walking to the gate I was being looked at in profiled by someone in the neighborhood. Within 4 minutes I was confronted by this neighbor. Soon after more neighbors came outside. Seems as if there was two phone calls to the police about me.
