Corgi Nub Wiggling in Turbo Mode

Info from Licensor: This is a video of my corgi, Gus (full name: 'Sir Augustus Theodore Corgington, Esq.'), at our local neighborhood dog park in Palm Springs, California. He became extremely excited when he saw his canine pal Buddy, a one-year-old Wheaton Terrier, approaching on the other side of the dog park fence; to show how excited he was, he started wiggling his docked tail back and forth so quickly that it looked like the tail end of a rattlesnake. Once Buddy rounded the corner and approached the gate to enter the park, Gus took off in a dead sprint to meet him there.
