Rockstar Introverts - Quiet Brilliance

I enjoy my quiet time but eventually, I have to go out and meet with people. When I hit the stage and perform I find the need to go to my cave and regenerate. So what am I - An Extrovert or Introvert?

How can I use the qualities of either to optimize my life, to bring more Zest and experience, and savor life deeper?

As I dive deeper into my own strengths and weaknesses I become more aware of the need to gain strength from both sides of the coin.

Extroverts have qualities like talkative, sociable, action-oriented, enthusiastic, friendly, and out-going. On the negative side, they are sometimes described as attention-seeking, easily distracted, and unable to spend time alone.

Introverts have qualities like good listeners, self-sufficient, super focused, easy to please, good at studying, committed to their goals. On the negative side….. Well Let’s see what shows up Tuesday Night!
