China Outlaws Dissent In Hong Kong?

China's National People's Congress just passed a resolution outlawing sedition, secession, terrorism, and foreign intervention in Hong Kong. Depending on the text of the final bill, the inclusion of the two terms sedition and secession essentially would outlaw all of the protests we've seen in Hong Kong against Chinese rule.
