The motion to set aside the jury verdict filed by the Amber Heard team was always ludacris. The argumentation was and is incredibly flawed and lacking any precedent. Johnny Depp's team just filed their response to the Post-Trial motion that makes a mockery of the laughable lawyering and properly puts the dismal motion to rest. All that's left at this point is the crying, because that appeal isn't going to happen.
