BrittanyTALKS!..."In the Wait"

Do you happen to know the song, "I Don't Mind Waiting", by Juanita Bynum? Well, it's a really good song expressing contentment in waiting on the Lord. I enjoy the song as much as the next person, but if I'm honest (there goes that word again), those lyrics don't really ring true to my soul. When it comes to waiting, I'm not the best at it and, well, I kind of mind. Waiting is not fun, it is painful at times, and I don't like it! Be that as it may, 6 years into a promise of a husband and still no ring, I have learned there is purpose in the wait. There is reason to the wait. Most of all, God is working a plan in the wait! I have learned to trust Him and allowed Him to take the lead. It is HIS plan after all!
