Interview with Dominique Shrader of Noble Funk Brewing company in Louisville, KY. A recently opened craft brewery. Dominique talks about how her and her husband, Johnathan Shrader, got started making craft beer. The Mr. American IPA was an amazing west coast classic IPA. They also offer hand crafted pizza as well as other drinks. Located in an old Kroger building in Old Louisville close to Spalding University. They have brought new life to the old building as well as added to the character of the neighborhood.
