The IRS Can't Be Fixed

Congressmen Mike Kelly and John Lewis tried to turn the IRS from an adversary into a resource for taxpayers. Unfortunately, they weren't successful. They made a good faith effort, but like putting lipstick on a pig, you just can't change something by dressing it up. The IRS is still a dysfunctional agency tasked with an impossible mission. The only way to make it better is to get rid of it. And the only way to do that is pass the FAIRtax.
