New Gun Control - The List of Prohibited People Expanded

The list of prohibited people has been expanded with the new gun control law know as the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. This new gun control is aimed at closing the “boyfriend loophole,” also sometimes called the “Charleston loophole.” But as you can imagine, expanding the list of prohibited people under 18 U.S.C. § 922 is something every gun owner needs to understand.
