LVMPD Officer RAUL FIDEL PINAL, JR badge number 16812 waited outside of the Clark County Family Court for Sanson. Steve Sanson President of Veterans In Politics has been exposing the corruption that has plagued our family court system for years. The LVMPD Sheriff, the LVMPD Internal Affairs, ant the Las Vegas Review Board all failed Sanson and refuse to hold the police officer accountable and to do a full investigation into the matter. Following the Law and notifying an LVMPD officer that there are weapons in your vehicle and you have a permit to carry equals HARASSMENT and violation of your US Constitutional Rights.!

*footnotes:

After watching the video's it clear that the officer is searching my vehicle, illegally without probable cause. Permission was never given for the officer to enter my vehicle and obtain my weapons. After specifically told where my weapons are located you can see him enter my back seat, looking through my middle console after both weapons were obtained, looking through my seat, looking on the ground of my vehicle, and entered my trunk. To add insult to injury he lied about searching my vehicle.

The officer unnecessarily restrained me. The officer first had me in cuffs, because he said he was alone and it was for his safety after he ordered me out of my car and frisked me. When two more officers appeared he still did not take me out of cuffs. When I showed the officer my CCW he still did not take me out of cuffs. When my background came back clean, he still did not take me out of cuffs. When my weapons came back registered to me and not stolen, he still did not take me out of cuffs. When my weapons were secured in the trunk of my vehicle, he still did not want to take me out of cuffs. To add insult to injury, he wanted to keep me in cuffs while he wrote me a speeding ticket.

The officer said he wanted to check me out to make sure I am not a felon. Question; how can I be a felon holding a Counselead Carry Weapons Permit? The officer said he wanted to make sure my weapons weren't stolen, but he had no probable cause to do that.

This officer is an abuser of power and should be terminated from the force before he gets someone hurt or killed!
