Thrustmaster Magnetic Paddle Shifter Mod

I came across a few Thrustmaster wheel rim paddle shifter mods online and decided to come up with a DIY version that can be done for under $10 that adds a bit more resistance to the force needed to shift and makes the paddle snap back a bit quicker. This mod doesn't require any disassembly and can be removed. I used 3M mounting tape to attach the magnets to the wheel.
