Pina Colada Healthy Shake:
2 scoops Pina Colada or Vanilla Formula 1
1 scoop vanilla Protein Drink Mix
8 to 10 ounces water
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon instant sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 teaspoon pineapple mango liquid water flavorizer (like Mio)
1 capful of coconut extract
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
sugar free whipped cream for topping (optional)

Combine water, liquid water flavorizer and extract.
Add all the dry powder ingredients and the water in the carafe of your blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds. Add in the frozen pineapple ice and blend for 30 seconds longer or until thick and creamy.

Pour into your glass and enjoy top with a swirl of sugar free whipped cream if desired. You'll feel like you're being naughty but you're getting healthy!
