💥Single Arm Farmers Carry💥

A great exercise to add at the end of your workouts after squats and/or deadlifts.

A full body exercise that helps strengthen your deep core muscles: Quadratus Lumborum, Transversus Abdominis, External / Internal Obliques and Multifidus.

Get rid of the crunches and add this to your programs. This can be done with dumbbells too.

Start with lighter weights first to get a feel for it, than increase the weight.

Go as long as you can without dropping the weight on your foot 😱 and switch arms.
