Erratic Driving By Officer Whitaker. Gives Attitude To Lieutenant When Asked To Identify. Salem PD.

I was taking an early morning walk around Salem Massachusetts on Thursday June 11th. While I was downtown Salem I decided to take a walk over to Salem Police Department. Just to do a walk-around while the 8am shift change was about to happen. I was checking if they were parking legally in front and what officers would be patrolling our streets. I was approached by Officer Whitaker #196 of Salem Police Department. He was in plain clothes and what seems to be his personal vehicle. Within the first two sentences he spoke to me he already accused me of being some sort of creep. I quickly put him in his place and told him to move the fuck on. He then started driving erratically around the hold back parking lot. Including going down the wrong way where emergency vehicles enter with prisoners and where all the officers enter and exit the building going to the vehicles. I was told I could not be in this area because it was dangerous for myself and the officers. Meanwhile this officer is driving erratically the wrong way in the same area. I haven't spoke to the lieutenant inside where officer would take her decided to cop an attitude with his Superior.
