South Korea, U S have agreed on draft of end of war declaration

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has said his push for a declaration of the end of the Korean War has seen progress between Seoul and Washington... with the two sides having agreed on the draft.

Moon made the remarks in an interview with Yonhap News Agency and seven other news wire services from around the world,... adding that China is also supporting the end-of-war declaration.

However, he says it could be "too big of a wish" to actually achieve that during the final 3 months of his term.

Moon last September at the UN General Assembly proposed the declaration... after which the U.S. and South Korea have been negotiating on a working level.
