Just weeks following his gross abuse of power by ignoring the established parliamentary procedures to violate Robert "Bunker Bob" Steinhagen's Constitutional Right of free speech, even having law enforcement remove Steinhagen from a public meeting, M-C Mayor Keith Short had not a single voice (or motion) of support for his proposed repeal of Roberts Rules of Order in favor of his very own set of liberty quashing rules.
