Is AG Gov Candidate Behind Arrest of His Opponent Farmer Briggs?

The top elected law enforcement officer in Kansas is current Attorney General-Derek Schmidt; his local Sheriff's office in little Anderson County, Kansas has trumped up charges to justify incarcerating AG Schmidt's only GOP Primary opponent, farmer Arlyn Briggs, over a "threatening phone call" that so terrified Sheriff's Deputy David Harper-Head that he quit the force suspiciously right after leveling a "stalking" charge against GOP Gubernatorial candidate Farmer Arlyn Briggs. If Schmidt wants to avoid the appearance of impropriety, he would have insisted these ridiculous charges be dropped rather than denying Farmer Briggs his 4th Amendment right against unreasonable search and seizure. But it appears RINO AG Derek Schmidt thinks if he can't beat 'em arrest 'em.
