Lowell Taylor started in 1998 to work with God and search the Bible for the Big Plan... the Big Solution to save the USA. 

About the year 2000 he was heartbroken to find the Bible prophecy referencing the US to split into four nations. 
His guess... 2025 to 2026.
Another guess... West Coast and East Coast, socialist countries.
The Bible Belt holds firm to the constitution and so does the Rockies going eastward.
