60 pound weight vest in 40° degree humidex heat (104°F)

The day finally arrived, my most grueling training day of the in year! It was 30° and 40° with the humidex value. It didn't feel that hot (I've been through worse), though it was pretty humid - you can see I'm already soaked at the beginning before getting started.

This is workout #8 of this style, and the "second" time through cycling with the weights and reps. So everything is the heaviest it's ever been - setting new markers. And with the lower reps, the rounds are back to 7.

I forgot to start the timer at the beginning, so after going back and seeing round 1, the day was about 100 or rather 101 minutes.

A1 Crawling lateral pushups with 60 lb weighted vest
A2 Single arm ring row holding 50 lbs
A3 Standing braced sandbag lateral raise - holding both the medium and light bag! Perhaps this was 40+25 = 65 lbs.

The first 4 rounds, with round 1 shown, went pretty well. Round 6 was getting sloppy - but I still did round 7 which was pretty brutal as far as training goes.

0:00 Intro and overview
7:50 A1 round 1 (24 reps)
12:55 A2 round 1 (6 reps)
17:15 A3 round 1 (12 reps)
19:45 a minute of random posing for thumbnail haha
21:18 remarks before round 7
23:00 A1 round 7 (totaling 24)
29:30 A2 round 7 (6 singles)
36:17 A3 round 7 (totaling 10)
