Track Sprints and a pump with Sandbag Curls

The track is a harder surface than turf or grass, so depending on what your training has looked like, you'll want to consider that in working up to hitting the track. My distances on the turf have progressed up to 110 yards, so I am ready and now I'm switching over to the track starting with shorter distances there. Here I start out alternating 30 meters and 50 meters. The best I got my 30's to today was in the low 4s (4 seconds) - but it was my first track day and the next day after this I already had a couple of times under 4 at 3.91 haha.

At the end I felt like doing a bit of upper body, but didn't want anything too taxing to take away from my heavier compound lifts and upcoming days. So I decided upon curling some sandbags at the track! That's a good example of using what you have and just having some fun :)
