50 Pounds Sandbag Lateral Raise, 45 pounds weight vest pushups, and more

Continuing one of my favourite upper body days, today we increase the weights, and thus reps go down a bit but we also increase from 5 sets to 6 sets of everything.

The sandbag was the heaviest of the three at this field, which is likely around 50 lbs. Without having a scale to actually weight the three bags, I have found similar looking bags online between 44 to 60 lbs. The heaviest one seems really overstuffed, and the others are less full with the lightest one having lost some sand. They feel about 30 and 40 lbs each, but I more care about progressing each weak with the increasingly heavier bags, and also my second time through these weeks getting more reps compared to last time I used xyz bag.
