How To Set Up A 3-Point-Stance and 50 and 110 Yard Fun

At the 5:50 mark of this video we look at how to set up a 3-point-stance!

Then the first several sprints are from a side view, and the last few from a rear view (see flow markers/timestamps below).

For June and most of July, I transitioned to and started on the field with 2 alternating days - one focused on distances and the other being intervals of some sort. The field day started at shorter distances, and got progressively longer overall each time. At the end of July here we are up to 110 yards, and mixing in some 50s to provide a break and also check in on the shorter/medium times.

This day will get longer working up the "long" distance to 150 yards (which measures from the back of the football endzone to the back of the opposite endzone). And my "short" day will be short/medium distances starting on the track surface. I may use an interval day as an occasional change here and there, making it an optional 3rd day.
