3lb Ankle and 2.5lb Wrist Weights on Track = ANOTHER PR

Last time I had combinations of the 3 lb ankle weights and 2.5 lb wrist weights on the field, and now I used that on the track. Remember - the track is a harder surface and whatever weights you wear on the field will feel like more on the track.

At the end, I set a PR at 200 meters! Mind you, that isn't really a distance I have run that much, and the last time I tried this was 2019, but a PR is a PR haha.

Flow Markers:
0:00 Intro and Overview
4:00 30 meters with 3lb ankle weights
9:00 50 meters with 3lb ankle weights
15:15 30 meters with 3lb ankle weights + 2.5lb wrist weights
20:00 50 meters with 3lb ankle weights + 2.5lb wrist weights
26:00 30 meters regular
31:00 50 meters regular
38:00 100 meters regular
47:30 200 meters, coming around bend to finish line

My previous best 200 m was 28 something, and today was 25.85.
The 100m today was 11.56, which isn't my lifetime best, but was my fastest this season.
