Up to 30lbs weight vest on the field!

This has been a nice mini-phase this month: September has turned out to be a decent month in terms of weather, so I continued outdoor training and used weights for the track and field. I shared a few training ideas with ankle and wrist weights, and then moved on to using a weighted vest. This started out at 20 lbs on the field, then 12 lb on the track (because the track is a harder surface and it will feel like more), and am now up to 30 lbs on the field in this video.

The last set was hard to see at first, because I was starting on the opposite end of the field and it wasn't a clear day, but then you can see better as I get closer. For this drill, you run forward 50 yds, then backwards 10 yds, then 40 yds forward (from that new point), then back 10, forward 30, back 10, forward 20, 10 back, 10 forward, 10 back, 10 forwards, 5 back, 5 forward = 220 yds.

(Regarding the weather and geoengineering: last year, the spraying was really bad starting right after Labour day, and October is looking like how last September was now. Mind you, last October was bad as well. Some of the vids I shared show the spraying ramping up through the middle and end of September, which you can also see the effects in this video).
